Chimichurri Sauce

January 26 2021

Some days I crave something different and exciting for dinner. Chimichurri sauce is one of those sauces you can easily add to various meals to make your meal interesting! You can drizzle chimichurri sauce over steak, roasted potatoes and even salads.

I love that chimichurri sauce includes different fresh herbs as I always have some on hand. Fresh herbs are nutritious and compliment so many foods. I typically suggest adding fresh herbs to salads, marinades, dips, side dishes and in wraps. If you feel like your herbs are about to wilt, make this chimichurri sauce to prevent any food waste.

Don’t have a food processor? Use a blender or simply chop the ingredients finely and it will work just as well. Feel free to experiment with different herbs, but this classic recipe is my favourite!
